Had a great experience wanted extra gravy after my meal was already purchased and the cashier ( didn’t get name ) was nice enough to help me free of Charge and it just made my whole day better so thank you for a good experience

KFC offers friendly and helpful staff, along with delicious, juicy chicken. While there may be a wait for food, the service is generally good. The restaurant is similar to other KFC locations in terms of ambiance. On Tuesdays, customers can take advantage of a deal that makes dining there more affordable. Recently, the staff has been praised for their kindness and fast, dependable delivery. Customers have reported accurate orders and good service, with a particular emphasis on the warmth of the staff upon delivery.
One reviewer shared a positive experience at the Upper Paradise location, noting that the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially for kids. The restaurant was clean, and the chicken was fresh, which made their visit enjoyable. A special mention was made of Kneethu, who checked in with guests after their meal, adding a personal touch to the service.
Overall, KFC on Upper Paradise & Mohawk stands out for its fresh, hot chicken and attention to customer satisfaction, making it a great choice for those looking for a quick and pleasant meal. However, some issues have been reported regarding gift cards and preordering through the app.
