KFC is a small but efficient drive-thru restaurant with polite staff who take orders and handle tasks in the kitchen. The staff's positive attitude creates a welcoming atmosphere, despite the lack of seating for customers to wait or eat. The restaurant is clean and bright inside, but the ordering area sometimes gets dirty. The food is prepared quickly, even during peak hours, and the staff are cheerful and courteous. The chicken is tasty and more fresh than at other locations, though sometimes it is quite bad with bad oil or is absolutely salty. During very busy times, the service can be below standard and frustrating, especially when there are only two workers in the kitchen.
