I want people to realize that this location consistently leaves 1 person on for night shift, and dinner rush dealing with both drive through, and front counter. You most likely had to wait so long just because there was only 1 person available to do all the stations, cleaning, serving and making a family of 4's dinner. lol
Genuinely worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Long wait, they had nothing available, and whoever was taking our order was so rude to my sweet mother. The Pregnant Lady was kind.
Normally I have a great experience. But today however was the worst experience. I walked in and saw an ice capp sitting on the counter the girl serving people was seeming like she was in a bad mood. When it was my turn to order she rudely took my order of a med ice capp and a med coffee. She pushed the ice capp that was sitting on the counter already melted to me and rudely said here this is your ice capp, walked away and I was trying to scan my tims card fir points and pay...read full review
