The ability to collect or use points on the App, or pay with my Tims card on my phone has been down for over 5 days. First two times I accepted that. Obviously they don't care. When questioned "Go to another location if you want to use your card or app". And yes I did contact your corporate office and they notified the franchisee to contact me. As of now crickets.
It is getting to the point that I might have to stop trying to get what I would like from Tim Hortons. I ask for specific things, which are offered on your menu, and it's in the ordering system as well; however, if you do not put the order in correctly, then the order will be incorrect. Dietary restrictions are a thing, for health reasons - someone can die if they are allergic, right? Fix the scanner!!! I can’t believe something so simple to order a new one has been down for so long! I avoid this Tim’s in the morning now because I can’t use the app for points, offers or my gift card. Like seriously, buy a new scanner.
