Tim Hortons is a great place to get your favorite drinks and donuts. The staff are friendly, and the store is clean. There are a few parking spots in front of the store, and it is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and button to press to open the door. This particular location is one of the best in downtown Hamilton, known for its quick and friendly service, and ample seating area. It is always well-stocked and clean, with restrooms that are easily accessible. However, it can get crowded in the evenings and some customers can be rowdy. The restaurant could stay open a bit later, until 1 am, especially on weekends. When visiting later in the evening, there may not be much to choose from in terms of donuts. Staff are quiet, friendly, and understanding when asking customers to leave close to closing time.
