We were just treated so rudely at the drive thru, that we left without placing an order. The attendant greeted us, my husband started ordering, then was cut off - "just one moment". That was fine, but we then waited 5 minutes without anyone returning to take our order. When my husband called "hello?", the attendant used the rudest voice to say "yeah, I just asked for a moment?!". You should probably fix your till or order issue
I waited till the car before me was completely done including getting their food before he took my order. I asked if they can only take one order at a time if there was an issue with the till like that. The guy said yes. He had to be paid for the order before before can yake another order. Every other wendys takes each order as they come. Not like this. Time to spend a few bucks and get a new till or order system.
