“Had to repeat what I ordered twice and it was wrong once I got a chance to open my cheese burg plan!!! I always get asked if I still wanted cheese... I would have ordered a hamburger if I didn't want cheese. Yes I want cheese please....!!! I ordered a coke and I got a choc milk shake??? I didn't go back to change it I already waited 26 mins to get my order placed. Then another 9 minute to pick up my order. I was asked to pull up the the pickup #3 and someone will bring my order 5 mins later.“
“Great place second visit!This time they had a Christmas party happening and me and a buddy walked right in, so embarrassing hahaha.Should have looked online for an event situation and made a reservation booking.Had the Buffalo poutine OMG a meal in itself...Great visit mine the less, just placed a take out order and also my buddy got some wings! “Great food tonight! Our group tried the wings - of course - they were delicious and perfectly done. The fries were very good! The Mexican chicken wrap was great as well. The salad (and all the food) was very fresh! Everything was excellent, and large portions! Definitely took lots of leftovers home. Will be back!“

The food is great and served in large sizes, but the people who work there are regularly not the friendliest people, they usually ignore you or try to hurry you when you are ordering.Parking: Location of parking is all around Brants. There are no parking lines, it's just a dirt + gravel lot.Kid-friendliness: Has lots of ice cream options that kids love.Wheelchair accessibility: You can go right up to the counter to order in a wheelchair, using a walker, using crutches, whatever you may use to help you get around, as long as you don't mind the gravel.“
“Such a little hidden gem! The poutine was the best I've had in many years! Lots of options, hot dog and chicken nuggets were a hit with the kids and adults. Ice cream for dessert was a bonus! Will definitely stop by next time we're out “
“I don’t normally give reviews but it’s also been a very long time since someone’s customer service has impressed me as much as my experience today. My daughter and I were on a mission to attempt to get a Harry Potter cake for my sons birthday today and after being turned away from another local establishment because they needed 48 hours (totally understandable) we went to DQ expecting we would get the same answer and settle for some writing on a cake instead. I spoke with a man named Prabhu, who went above and beyond for us. He didn’t hesitate to check and see if they had availability to do this for me and while we waited, he gave my daughter an ice cream cone. Prabhu, you went above and beyond for us and because of you, my family will be making a point to visit your location more frequently! Thanks so much! My son will be very happy with his HP cake!!“
“I love this A&W for breakfast sandwiches. They are actually like an egg sandwich I would make at home - a real egg fried on a griddle (in a ring, ok, but some egg slips out under the ring making it more like homemade), good bacon done to a light crisp (not soggy and cold like other joints), and real sliced cheese (not processed cheese slices).. And all hot on an English muffin (my wife prefers the sesame bun, nice to have a choice). And their hash browns tend to be hot and crispy. You have to wait a few seconds linger than other places but I think that's because they are making it fresh and it has not been warming for 15 minutes. Also the drive through is never busy for 5 stars for service.“
