“As always, our experience at East Side Mario’s was exceptional! I have a child with special needs and our hostess went above and beyond to ensure that he had a great time. She seemed to anticipate our needs during the whole meal (checked on us regularly, brought out refills, gave us take out boxes, etc). The food was delicious!“

“I ordered the chicken spring rolls (never had before) and the chicken noodle soup and I have to say they were fantastic!! As good as I would ever want them to be - the spring rolls are made in house with the rotisserie chicken, and were the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. On top of that the server, Michael, was so lovely and attentive, I thought he was the owner!“

“8 of us fellas, away on a golf trip attended the Huntsville Chuck’s yesterday for dinner. We arrived without a reservation and were promptly greeted and seated at a table for 8 that was quickly created for us. Our server introduced herself and took care of our drink and food orders. Both the food and drinks were great, as was the atmosphere in the restaurant. What stood out to all of us was that our exceptional experience was created by our server Elise, who was friendly, efficient and professional in her dealings with us. Her positive attitude and quick witted sense of humour were welcomed and very much appreciated. Chuck’s Huntsville, you are very fortunate to have Elise on your staff. She is tremendous ambassador for your business. Please pass on our appreciation.“

“Their potato wedge poutine and chicken fingers were a hit with our dancers and repeat order on our weekend in Huntsville. The veggie wrap was amazing!! We had the best server Kota! We were in town for a dance competition and she was so incredibly accommodating taking our orders and letting us pay right away as we were on a tight schedule. So happy she was our server twice this weekend!“
