Never mind the fact that the food is always prepared timely and delish, there are the super-friendly and conscientious servers who take that little bit of extra time to make you feel really welcome by remembering your name and sometimes even what you did that day. It really makes a warm difference to people that may be weary, hungry and perhaps even a little lonely (yep, that does happen to folks from time to time) and give them that needed human connection that just brightens up even the most haggard traveller. So big cudos to Candence, Karen and Jordon, servers extraordinaire who keep ESM’s the best spot in town for family meals!“

I recently visited Pizza Pizza in Huntsville with my friends, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional—we were greeted warmly by a friendly Tamil staff member who was incredibly patient and attentive while taking our orders.

“This location has never disappointed me. The pizza is what it is.. but its always fresh, tastes good, and the service is always great. This area get very busy in the summer but there is plenty of parking in front and service has been great every time we stop by for a quick bite.“

“was amazing trying their poutine in house not out of a cardboard box was a way better experience then taking it home to eat. was full and great portions but the poutine lacked gravy over the wedge fries and cheese curds outweighed the gravy. I love me a poutine with lots of gravy. our Waiter was polite and awesome took our food a bit to get to our table even for a slow day downtown it seemed a bit exssesive to have to wait 20 minutes for poutine. also my mom's food was overcooked and too crunchy. would come back if I'm honored the proper amount of gravy on my poutine or asked if I'd like extra gravy. I shouldn't have to tell or ask the waiter. felt like I was eating just cheese curds and fries for the most part and not your traditional Canadian poutine.“
