Very understaffed which could be shown in the whole experience. It was slow, sandwich was missing toppings, onion rings overcooked and the kitchen area looked dirty. Usually enjoy Popeyes but this was not good.
Unfortunately this is not fast food. Food (chicken sandwich) and onion rings was quite good. However, the service was terribly slow. At 1:30 on Saturday afternoon they had only three people working. One of them was not preparing food or serving customers leaving only two preparing food. They appeared to not be in any kind of a hurry either. Left standing waiting for fifteen minutes.
