“Second time there, second great experience. Group of 8 glad we showed up 5:00 on a Tuesday as it soon filled. Had the wings with Newfie sauce was one of the best tasting I’ve had. Ran out of the beer I was ordering the only downside but probably a nod to the place’s popularity. No problem with second choice. Server Linda was very friendly, attentive and efficient. “Excellent café in the Port Dover area! It's located off the strip, in a residential area, down the street from the Farmer's Market. I can't remember who told me about this place, but I subsequently started following their fb page and their offerings looked so tantalizing, that I made it a point to come here and visit. They also serve light lunches, but I came here for the sweets. They have a cute, covered patio where you can enjoy your food. However, during my visit, I saw lotsa locals swing by to grab takeout! It's not cheap (cake slices ~$6), but the Urban Slice that I had was FRESH, not too sweet! I would've loved to have picked up more items, but I just came from the farmer's market with a pack of butter tarts, so anything else would've been OTT. Cute place with quality baked goods!“
