I got the swirl cone with butterscotch dip. The dip was still dripping when handed to me and proceeded to quickly melt the ice cream underneath, causing it to drip all over my hand while catching my shirt in the crossfire. The ice cream itself tasted fine, maybe as good as McDonald's (but twice the price). Unfortunately, the dip didn't really taste like butterscotch at all, so for an extra $1 it just ruined my ice cream and my experience.
Would not recommend, unfortunately.
One of the best destinations in Kanata! Great soft serve, good prices and always pleasant staff! You gotta go!!
