The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. They were also very helpful with refilling our coffee, which was a nice touch. I had a great experience at Pizza Pizza today! The pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh toppings, perfectly baked crust, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was spotless and well taken care of, which made dining in very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They even threw in a free ranch dip, which was a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. Overall, excellent food and service — I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Visited for a patio dinner on a Saturday evening. Good menu, clean venue, wait staff pleasant, food was good! But I have to point out a major faux-pas. I ordered the deep fried cheesecake for dessert. It was supposed to come with strawberry and chocolate sauce & whip cream. They were out of strawberry sauce but didn't mention it when I ordered and so was not given the option to choose something else. Another restaurant runner dropped it off with NO toppings whatsoever... I thought the toppings might come after, but after a while ate it as it was (it was good but would have been so much better with even only one of the toppings) Finally when our bill came, we mentioned that the dessert had no toppings. We were told the waitress was new and didn't realize.... I get that... but what I wasn't expecting was that we still had to pay full price for the dessert---no discount, no other offer. That was very disappointing service... I suppose I could have complained or asked to speak to a "manager" but at that point just really wanted to leave. Because everything else about the restaurant was good---and so happy it's even Canadian---we will return... hoping for a better experience“
