“Great location and atmosphere, and the staff are really accommodating. Just a suggestion: I always get a coffee with cream but the cream is put in cold, so the coffee goes lukewarm pretty fast. Would it be possible to get this heated up before it’s added?“

“I had the most exceptional experience at Starbucks the other day from Bailey! After a mix-up with my coffee order, Bailey went above and beyond to make things right. Bailey not only apologized sincerely but also took the initiative to call ahead to the next location on my route, ensuring I could easily pick up a new coffee. Her proactive and thoughtful approach truly made my day, and I'm incredibly grateful for her outstanding customer service.“

“The customer service at this location is exceptional. The baristas treat customers with respect and ensure that they receive their orders in a timely manner. This Starbucks is not within my local vicinity, so I have to drive an extra 2.8 km from the one next to me just to spend time at this warm and friendly place.
I would recommend this place 100%.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy. I would appreciate it if there were more gluten-free options available.

“Although there's a Starbucks location just beside the Chapters across the street, this is hands down my preferred location of Starbucks in Kanata South. Prompt service, very considerate, and well-behaved baristas. 5 stars for having chosen the right people in customer service. All you expect amidst a chaotic and frazzled day is a smile and a polite sulk-free service.“

“I had the most amazing experience the other day, Olivia could tell I was struggling to pick a drink and made me a custom drink and it was AMAZING! one of the most memorable moment I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! I will most definitely be visiting again and hope to try more of her suggestions~!“

“A huge thank you to the team- Natasha, Nadja and Gen. We had been there to grab our favourite drink after picking up party stuff for my son’s birthday. My son was given his free drink (vanilla ) but unfortunately in his attempt to balance his scooter, he dropped his drink down. I walked into the store to buy one for him and guess… the kindness of these three wonderful people! They made him another drink added sprinkles and did not accept any payment! Can never forget this wonderful gesture of showing kindness to 9 year old. Teaching children “it’s okay mistakes do happen after all you are still learning!!!” I am touched by their kindness.“
