“Large Starbucks location with great views and lots of seating. I ordered the iced coffee, tall size and it was half filled with ice cubes and cream, no coffee taste. Should have ordered a black dark roast. Other than that Starbuck's dark roast is a great tasting coffee, worthy of the higher price to pay, especially for consistency.“

“Most mornings I go to a Starbucks and get my beverage of salted caramel cold brew. I have tried various locations, this location is the only one that can get it right. I believe the barista who makes it in the morning is Iris(?). Sweet lady, she seems to like working there, always smiling. She is the only one that gets the ratio between cold foam and cold brew right. Her cold foam making skills are clutch, makes it perfect every time where she balances the cream and salt perfectly that it tastes similar to ice cream. ​I come here before work all the time, and this location never fails to impress! Even during peak morning rushes, the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and efficient.

​My drink is always made right and tastes delicious every single time. On top of that, the warmed-up food comes out steaming hot and super tasty. It’s also always nice to see how clean and well-maintained the washrooms are.

​While the seating area can feel a bit tight when it gets busy, it’s a smaller store layout, so that’s completely out of the employees' control. Honestly, the bustling atmosphere just goes to show how many loyal customers they’ve built up over time!

“Ordered a pour over decaf. The coffee was excellent, but it wasn’t hot at all. BUT they went out of their way to try and make it right. First, they gave me a delicious snack (oat bar?) for free, and offered to remake the coffee. So A for effort, but if they just had a microwave, it would have taken care of the problem.“

“’m not usually a raving Starbucks fan, but this particular location has completely changed my perspective. It’s incredibly convenient and has become my go-to spot for meeting friends or clients, or even just relaxing with a book. I now find myself visiting once or twice every one to two weeks, which is a big change for me since I used to go only a few times a year.

The space itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very welcoming. There’s plenty of seating, including comfortable lounge-style leather chairs as well as standard wooden ones, making it easy to choose a spot depending on your mood or purpose. “Out of all the Starbucks locations near Orleans this is definitely my favorite and the one I go to the most. First of all, I love the atmosphere and the vibe of the employees. Staff is always so nice and since I come here a lot they even remember me.

“Recently retired and live across the street so my two dogs and I are regulars. I am welcomed by the lovely people who work here when I come through the door. My coffee is always delicious. I understand that the food is shipped in premade so my expectations are not that high, but it is definitely edible. However the baking is sometimes quite dry. The atmosphere is always upbeat and cheerful and a nice place to meet new friends. There are many regular customers at this location. Love the outdoor seating so I can bring my dogs, however winter is coming and that seating is removed when the snow flies.“

“This Starbucks quickly has become our new favorite drink and food place. The staff are all amazing, and welcome you as soon as you walk in. Special shout out to Jeremy, he is definitely a great asset to the store! He greets me by name as soon as I walk in, and recently he went above and beyond during a particularly busy afternoon when I configured one of my mobile order drinks wrong. Jeremy recognized that it was my order, and saw that I did not request whole milk as I normally do, Jeremey waited for me to arrive to double verify before making the drink, instead of blindly just doing what it said, he knew it needed to be corrected and made it as soon as I confirmed I forgot to switch it. That level of personal touch, and being seen speaks volumes considering there must be many regulars that come daily, I'm amazed he remembers everyone's names! Don't let the busyiness comment make it seem like you'll wait forever though, considering the high volume that goes through this store, they have the rushes down to a science and I have yet to see an employee seem like it was too overwhelming to work there.

We recently switched to Starbucks after another popular establishment just seemed to give us drinks that tasted different every time and never seemed to get our order right, so we took the plunge despite the prices being a bit higher, but who can complain when you order a frappuccino and you fulfill a dessert and a drink at the same time!

The food choices are actually very tasty as well, while I have yet to try everything on the menu, everything I have eaten thus far has been amazing!

This particular location is always clean, and while it is a smaller interior, there is still ample seating options from indoors to the outdoor patio. I love that Starbucks fosters a vision of equality and does not discriminate against their employees.“

“The dude at the customer service desk or at cash 1 with glasses and brown hair needs to take a few courses on customer service skills. He responds extremely rudely with an awful tone. He obviously hates his job, but don't spread it on customers. He dumbs you down.

“The staff at this location makes it one of the best Starbucks in the city. I've been coming here for a long time as I have lived/worked in the south end for many years. I've always found the staff extra friendly here and the present staff are definitely the best group they've had working here in a long time. One of my favourite baristas is Jason who is always welcoming, friendly, and takes the time to say hi, ask about your day, and just super down to earth and personable--and he always has a smile! If he's not already a manager, I'd be very surprised. From my restaurant industry experience, I know customer service can be challenging at times especially during busy/stressful times, and you end up with impatient or unhappy costumers. SO Kudos to Jason for his amazing service, no matter how busy this place gets.
I also really like Rana and Kristianna (hope I spelled their names correctly!!), as they are very kind and friendly, and chat with everyone. I love the atmosphere here too as they are a lot of regulars and it sometimes feels like a small community hub. All in all, one of the best Starbucks in Ottawa and absolutely amazing staff!!!“

“I have had my fair share of negative experiences with various starbucks store so i retorted to driving 11 min away from my house on a whim to this location. My word the entire team is so proactive and helpful im every way possible. They go above and beyond to ensure your taste buds are satiated and would go to an extent to remake your drink without a single frown on their faces. Special thanks to, Alyssa, Connor, Hasan, Tyson, Nehemiah, Zippy, Medina and their wonderful supervisor Hanad. These people are truly a godsent. Because of their helpful demanour I have become a regular and look forward to my matcha made especially by them. Although my order is a bit flamboyant and complicated they never fail to make it taste better with everytime I visit. “Great place to stop for a coffee or to have a chat with a friend. Right by the mall as well and some hotels and just off the highway. So whether you’re out shopping or just passing by on the highway, this is a great stop. The Starbucks also has a drive-through which is kinda nice so you don’t even have to get out. But if you do go in, it’s nicely decorated inside and has good sitting areas. Check out one of my pictures as it has this almost enclosed sitting area with a bit more privacy.“

“We wanted to give a huge shout-out to Chiggy! He is an absolute asset to the Starbucks team. Every time we walk in, he makes us feel so welcome with a genuine smile on his face. Chiggy is consistently kind, professional, and radiates positivity. He goes above and beyond to get to know his regular customers, and he always makes sure our fur baby, Bear, feels just as welcome as we do. It’s always the highlight of our day seeing him!

“I think all the baristas remember me lol, which I think is a boon. They are all pretty nice. One lady-- I think her name is Renee? -- always asks me if I need water, or need my water bottle refilled.

Another lady... I am so sorry I can't remember the name, but she has glasses, is blondish? Has a fuller figure and is tall?
She's really fun to talk to, amidst the workload

ALSO! They are very patient and generous - sometimes my mom will not fully understand what she ordered, or some miscommunication happened in between the ordering process, or even a bad accident happened and I or my mom spill a drink almost immediately after receiving it, and the baristas are so willing and generous to make a new drink, and let us keep the old drink.
Needless to say, the staff here is great and I'm so happy about their service.

Can be cramped and slow(the baristas are going hard, working on multiple drinks from in-store orders and mobile orders).
Being one of the busiest Starbucks, this is to be expected. Just plan around your time constraints, or head elsewhere. Not worth the 10+ minutes if you need to run somewhere. At the very least, there shouldn't be much inaccuracies on what you order.

Starbucks food + drink is as expected. Food is pretty plain. Coffee tastes pretty nice, and the extra add-ons- whether cold foam, rock sugar toppings - are very nice. I find they are adequately portioned.“

“I was here at 9:30am on a Saturday, so it was understandably not super busy, but the staff kept the line moving QUICKLY. There was one employee here, a taller guy with blonde hair, whose name I wish I caught - he was so nice to everyone, super personable, super quick, 10/10. Also, post-renovations, this is a lovely place to sit for a bit waiting for your flight. There's long booth-style benches as well as small cafe tables, lots of power plugs, everything you could hope for from a Starbucks in general and especially at an airport. I could see the lines getting a little long, since it is an airport with business rush hours, but when I was here it was calm and efficient.“
