The staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. The establishment is clean and organized. This has been my go-to spot for over 8 years.

Starbucks is a popular coffee shop known for its wide range of drinks, including the beloved white mochas. The service is often described as excellent, with staff going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the company's policies, particularly regarding affordable drink options for children.
The Starbucks Innes and Trim location in Orleans offers a quieter atmosphere for studying, with more space in the seating area and double doors in the winter to prevent cold air from entering. The staff are described as friendly and knowledgeable, providing personalized service and ensuring a pleasant environment. Customers have praised the quality of the beverages, particularly the Caramel Macchiato, and the reliable Wi-Fi, making it an ideal spot for work or relaxation. While some customers have raised concerns about students occupying tables without ordering, the overall experience at this Starbucks location is reported to be exceptional.
