Muito bom os cafés.
The team seem to focus only on drive through clients. Its like 4 cars to 1 walk in client. Lots of staff with half a ton not knowing what to do. The only way to get quick service is to use the drive thru
Where's the Starbucks vibe gone.
Visited mid afternoon on weekend. No place to set food to order, complete chaos. 4 employees handling weekend rush at their best possible. 20 mins wait to order and 30 mins wait to get the order, drive through was no better with over20 cars with frustrated drivers.
Made me rethink the price tag and corporate gain as 4 employees with minimum wage handle d the burden.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a restaurant with a drive through and rather limited seating, but ample parking and a location right off the freeway. The service is absolutely exceptional, with staff who are always friendly, kind, and extremely understanding. The baristas are pleasant, quick, and an absolute delight to deal with. They can make a drink no longer on the menu and know orders by heart. Customers got their favourite drink and a gift card, with drinks like the iced banana bread matcha and a coffee order made perfectly. The staff have individually all made customers' days, and it is a place where customers look forward to enjoying caffeinated beverages on a weekly basis. All the discovery mugs are available too.
