I miss Starbucks. We had one on Old Ottawa South but it closed.
The entire staff is extremely wonderful. Calypso in particular was always very kind and sweet.
Yesterday, a barista spilled hot coffee on me. I understand accidents happen, and an apology would have been enough. What really upset me was that while I was trying to clean my clothes, the barista was laughing with her coworker. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a friendly and welcoming location with very kind and helpful staff. The baristas are pleasant, chatty, and knowledgeable, often performing acts of kindness. They are attentive to orders, ensuring drinks are made exactly as requested, and are noted for being respectful of store policy. The food is good and the drinks are consistently made to the required standard. The location itself is really nice and is considered the best local Starbucks by some, featuring a nice patio, though finding a seat can sometimes be a bit challenging. The overall experience is often lovely and fantastic, making it a place customers love and plan on returning to.
