Diane at the Iber Starbucks was super nice, helping out the newer cashier and making sure I got a free birthday drink even though I couldn’t get my app working! She was super friendly and efficient even through the rush the location was experiencing!
During a thunderstorm on Canada Day, the power flickered in and out while we were waiting for our order. Nicole handled the situation with calm efficiency and superb customer service. She kept us informed, checked on our order, and made sure everyone around us felt taken care of despite the weather hiccups.
Good place to sit and drink coffee. Croissant was small and way over-priced.
