Starbucks

I used to work at Starbucks and lost a co worker during the pandemic. Arriving during a morning rush brought back a lot of memories and I have PTSD besides , I was holding back tears. Ella was so kind and welcoming I shared my story with her and she made me feel welcomed and accepted. I felt at ease and stayed a bit afterwards and may use it as my " third place" to write/ Edit my Poetry or work on my Dungeons and Dragons campaign. One of the most consistent locations for quality. Parking is an issue at times, but that's true for almost anything in the area. The counters are low enough to be served from my wheelchair. The barista who served me was good. Same thing in most Starbucks locations; wish ALL the seated areas were accessible. They weren't here either. As *often* happens, I had to wait for someone to leave before I had a spot I could access.
