Giovanna provided the absolute best service ever! She’s fantastic! Someone in my household has placed an order and when I went to pick it up (and request a minor change to it), Giovanna politely informed me that there wasn’t an online order placed in the Kanata location. I was quite distressed as I knew that by the time I made it to the other location it would be too late (the food would be cold) and the order needed an adjustment (which I figured it would be too late to do)....
