Horrible service by all standards. Really slow compared to the timhortons across ottawa. Shifts are obviously mismanaged and understaffed. There is usually one employee working and on a lucky day, maybe two.
I went to take a wrap and asked for french vanilla coffe in drive thru. I am not sure who was taking the order, but it was a lady. I asked if she can make french vanilla little more hot than usual. But she said it comes from the machine, so we cannot make it more hot. I said Okay. she keeps on talking and says I cannot put it in microwave even though I didnt asked for it. She said it twice, I can t keep it in microwave.And if she cant do anything, then just say we cant do that...read full review

Standards have dropped immensely; I have noticed this over the past few months. Today was particularly upsetting and it spurred me to write this review.
