About La Maison du Kouign-Amann

La Maison du Kouign-Amann is a charming French bakery in Kanata North, offering a delightful array of baked goods. The menu features specialty cakes, including a popular Valentine's cake, as well as a variety of croissants, tarts, and the signature kouign-amann. Customers praise the bakery for its fresh bread, treats, and flavorful pastries. The bakery also offers hot fresh crepes, sausage rolls with a good sausage to puff pastry ratio, and a hidden crepe station that visitors look forward to trying next time. The atmosphere is functional with a lunch hall-like setting, but the service is attentive. Customers recommend visiting early in the day to ensure the availability of favorite breads and baked goods, as they tend to sell out quickly. Many enjoy bringing home treats like cinnamon rolls and caramel cream croissants for later. Whether enjoying a quick lunch or indulging in a sweet treat, La Maison du Kouign-Amann provides a taste of Paris right in the heart of Kanata.

love everything my husband has bought from here! from the breakfast croissants to the beautiful cakes to premade frozen dinners (and breakfasts!)
Highly recommend!
We ordered one of the specialty valentines cakes for my daughter’s birthday. They were so accommodating. She absolutely loved the pink cake and it tastes amazing from the delicious icing to the light cake. We will definitely be return customers!
Visited for the first time today and i will surely be back! The variety is amazing and everything tasted above expectations. The croissants are the best I’ve had since my trip to France and the Kouign-Amann are to-die-for!! The croque monsieur and tomato-Gouda soup were also delicious.

I’ll be back to try more items of the menu and get my hands on some frozen dishes.

J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié me faire servir en français :)
