Kemptville I will never support this branch again. Receive inedible chicken strips that were so old they resembled cardboard. Took them back the next day and was told they a day old and they don't answer their phone as they busy. threw the strips on the counter and got sworn at by the cashier who has no clue about customer service. I am mortified at the quality of staff they keep. A&W should be embarrassed
There were only 2 workers, one in grill, one taking orders. The hamburgers were very thin and definitely smaller than the bun. Tables were dirty, soda machine for customers were broken. The person who took our order was very friendly and kind.
Ordered at drive through, two Uncle Burgers - we clarified that yes, we wanted bacon and cheddar. One with no onions, one with no pickles.
Service was friendly, no issue there.
Arrived home to find NO bacon and NO cheese (SO frustrating!). Jumped back into car, went back and into store. They remade. Offered us to keep the mis-made burgers (no thanks).
