“I stopped by this location because my bus had a quick 10-minute break. I placed a last-minute Uber Eats order to pick up a burger, fully expecting that I wouldn’t have enough time to get it. However, the staff truly went above and beyond.
The person preparing the burgers understood my time constraints, quickly coordinated with the kitchen team, and managed to have everything ready in just 5-6 minutes — despite a long line of waiting customers.
Their efficiency, understanding, and customer-first attitude really impressed me. Thanks to them, I made it back to my bus on time and got my food. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition!

“We had breakfast this morning at Denny's on Gardiner's Road in Kingston. Candi greeted us at the door with a smile and was very welcoming. There were many customers sitting in the area we were in and Candi was the only server. She was attentive and checked back to see if we had everything we needed. As we were leaving, she wished us a Happy Mother's Day and Happy Birthday!“

“Our server Kallie was amazing. We were well attended to and had a nice meal. The only negative for me is that we were sitting under a speaker on the patio and it was a little loud for conversation, especially since we were one of two tables out there and it didn’t need to be.“

“I was so impressed with the attention to detail in decor. Covid concerns addressed by screens and live plants between booths. Above were sound absorbing fabrics. Lent privacy too. the caring atmosphere contributed to a very enjoyable meal! And as a senior I appreciated their handicap friendly washroom! cheers!!“

“I have dreamed of a roast beef dinner. I was very happy to see the return of the roast beef dinner. It's like Sunday dinner with all the family around the table. Tender and plenty of juice and a side of gravy. I'm not fond of their chicken, so when they bring out the roast beef, I'm there. Paired with mash potatoes and well prepared vegetables.“
