Two of my friends orders had small hair on their plates. I didn't see any on mine but there was a hair stuck in my throat. I didn't say anything as the waitress had enough to deal with
I don't think we could eat there again.
But the waitress was awesome. She took the plates with visible hair and had them replaced in a matter of minutes being very apologetic but it wasn't her fault or in her control but she is the one who has to face the customer.
