Nice downtown hotel with updated rooms with plenty of space, a mini fridge and a microwavd and a great location close to the cruises but since it's close to restaurants and bars, the noise levels were intense at times in the hotel and outside. The ac/heater is noisy when it kicks on and the pillows were way too soft. The parking pricing is ludicrous at $30/ night for hotel guests and $40/day for non guests. Service for check-in and checkout was simple and effortless.
They don't provide slippers nor toiletries like Qtips so bring your own.
Balconies are full of bugs and flies and spiders but it's normal since it's on the water basically.
Service is good..rooms are way too expensive for what it is. And Parking is a crazy 40 $ overnight !!...
On my visit I could not turn off AC ! But was able to put on fan mode...
Pool is small but ok.
Menu at restaurant is good.

Easy to area to walk around
Loved having a balcony. Stayed on the Riverview side on our way to Ottawa and the Harbor view on our way back to Toronto. Preferred the Riverview. Think it was a bit cheaper too. If one's preference is to look at the docked boats pick the Harborview
Stayed 3 nights going and then 2 nights .
The one disappointment was we left the sign out...
