The staff was nice and accommodating. It was very very busy though and they couldn't give me an extra night there which is fine. The front desk people actually let me say a a couple hours extra after checkout which was great. It says free breakfast is included but it was not free. It was very not free. Other than that it was good
Cheryl was amazing at the breakfast buffet - attentive, funny, and friendly, she made my morning.
Room 427 was lovely, the waterfront patio was amazing! The fog horn was not, lol - but that’s the waterfront trade off and outside your control. The bed was comfy and the curtains blacked out the light from outside.

Staff were all very lovely, the pool was also nice. Change rooms at the pool would have been nice - there's none, and no bathroom either.
The room was nice. Bedding was all very clean. Would have been nice if the glass doors to the harbor were cleaned, they were pretty dirty. And underneath the floating vanity had the usual dust bunnies (my toddler...
