Just passing by after doing some studying an decide to stop in, what a good choice that was! The warm sake was a new experience but pleasant all the same. The miso soup was probably the best I've ever had, very flavourful despite the minimal additions (just some nori added in). I ordered the spider roll and it did not disappoint! I always come here when I'm craving sushi! Atmosphere and food are simple but great! I do find that the service can be slow (mainly when waiting for the bill or waiting to get your order taken) sometimes because they don't have many staff working at the same time but the great food makes up for it.
My daughter and I ordered takeout this evening. I was delighted by the ramyn soup with egg drop. It was so comforting and paired perfectly with a bottle of cold sake to go. My daughter said the shrimp tempura was the best she has had. The service was also lovely. A great experience!
