Drive thru window server on Division St had no idea what a refill was.Is Tim's not doing refills anymore.? Or was she not trained properly ??
I managed a Tim Hortons for 7 years. Since when do they charge individually for specialty cookies/donuts by the dozen?! Just went through the drive through at this location, and spent $37.50 on a large iced capp, a bagel with cream cheese, tomato and bacon, as well as a dozen Easter cookies. This is absurd. Doesn't charge you this much when you order online. Please fix this problem, as I find it to be a regular problem at this location.
I'm at Gardiners rd now people are leaving due to wait times inside. 7 plus working. only 1 serving the counter why?
