So the logic of ppl and or business always surprises me. Current example. I ordered 3 coffees and a juice from Tim Hortons aswell as a tap water. Of all the types and sizes of cups available to provide the free flowing tap water why may i ask a medium coffee cup? Pretty stingy with the city water. Does customer satisfaction mean nothing even if it's free.
Was very nice but small

Tim Hortons offers quick service with consistently good food. The staff is super friendly, efficient, and helpful, especially in the drive-thru. Customers appreciate the fast service, with orders completed in under 10 minutes. Aaina provided exceptional service, was friendly, efficient, and made sure orders were perfect. The staff always go the extra mile to ensure great customer service. However, some minor issues with packaging and missing napkins were noted. It would be beneficial if additional personnel were available during peak periods, and measures be taken to address the presence of flies in the vicinity of the food items.
