Hi just wanted to say how lovely it was yesterday to meet here for lunch with family . We all enjoy our food very much . The waitress was the best, so friendly and attentive ( so sorry don’t recall her name but daughter called Evelyn 🥰 ) TBH The best place we have been to eat in Canada this trip. ..will defiantly come back when down your way again Thank you xxxx
BEST BRUNCH OFF HWY 401
We were driving from Ottawa to Toronto, a trip we’ve made a million times. Fed up with enRoute lunch stops, we decided to drive off the 401 a bit near Kingston. I used Google to find some non-chain places within 10 minutes of the Highway and happened on Toast & Jam.
It seems far at 6.5 kms from the 401 but it’s only 8 minutes. Are we ever glad we risked it!
