Portions seem to get smaller every time I go here.
Food is usually correct and tastes as good as McDonald's normally does, however the wait times are always very long. If you are in the dining room they take their sweet time and if you're in drive thru they park nearly every order to get their times down. I get that you have metrics to show corporate to make it seem like you are doing better than you really are but it's taking a toll on the real quality and service you provide. If you are management you need to do better.

McDonald's offers friendly service and is accommodating to those with dietary restrictions. They put cheese on top of the burger for celiac customers, and the bathroom has accessible features such as an easy-to-reach tissue paper and a bar at a good level and angle. The restaurant has plenty of free parking spaces and a clean bathroom. However, there have been instances where customers were charged for a cup to refill their drink. The Mc.Griddle breakfast and coffee are served hot and fresh, making it a popular choice among customers. Some customers may experience language barriers with the staff, but it doesn't seem to be a major issue. The restaurant could improve by providing game cards during Monopoly promotions for all customers, regardless of the box they receive.
