From start to finish - planning our wedding at Abe Erb (Kitchener, Charles St location) was a very stress-free and wonderful experience. The manager, Tony, was very responsive to all our questions throughout the process, was involved in the planning and even helped serve meals the day of the event. Started as a 3-star review, and now updated to a 5-star review. Had a billing matter that caused the lower review, and management did a great job at rectifying things. They were attentive, cooperative, and congenial. Would recommend.
