Ordered a cake online says pay when you pick up in two days. Get a phone call later that day, that I need to go in to the location and pay for it that day or next day or they wouldn’t make my cake! What’s the point of ordering online then? Waste of time. Service to pay for it was awful and slow. Then two days later go to pick up the cake and it looked awful. All bubbled. The writing was to be in gel and wasn’t. And again slow service.

Went in today and purchased two meals and got home to find a poutine side half full, pathetic when your spending over 30$ for fast food and you cant even put the time to look at what your about to serve.
I ordered a birthday cake for a 75th birthday and gave specific colours. Picked it up and it was nothing like I had requested. I was so disappointed and not happy that I paid $31 and it was totally not what I wanted. Contacted Dairy Queen customer service and complained and was told they would have the owner contact me. I ordered the cake for June 19th and it’s almost a month now and have heard nothing. I will never go there again.
