Awful customer service and bad business etiquette.
Go to it place for pastries, cakes and more for many, many years. A gem!
Just visited this lovely bakery in Kitchener and the European style cakes are amazing as well as the raspberry white chocolate tart. The service was also warm and great with the women being very attentive and answering all the questions I had. They had a great selection of cakes and pastries as well and I wish I tried more of the items. Everything is worth the price! Will definitely be back!
