Nougat Bakery, has always been an amazing place to find breads and sweeter treats. This location also has a small deli counter so I was able to pick up a ham and Swiss cheese on a croissant, but I should not have opted for the panini treatment. The service was excellent and location is very convenient. I will be visit again soon. I'm hoping to revise my rating (up) after that experience.

They were selling grilled cheese sandwiches for $10 and ham and swiss on a tiny croissant for $13.The lady at the counter was explaining that's all they had available that day.. (the 2 sandwiches looked like they had been sitting there all day) then she went to help a customer who had ordered coffee before me and just walked off before I was done talking. VERY RUDE... so I just left. I won't be back!If you walk off on me mid-sentence, that's a wrap for me!There is no option to dine in as it says online. Cakes are too pricey.

I have been a costumer of Nougat for years and slowly but surely, we have stopped buying our cakes there. I bought a few desserts to bring home recently, and sadly, for the money you pay, these desserts did not hit the mark. The bread in the cakes was extremely dry, as if they were previously frozen, and it just didn’t taste fresh. The flavours were muted and the Black Forest cake, for example, was even hard to eat because of how the raspberry jam was overpowering the rest of the flavours in the cake, which again, was dry. I find that they should be going back to basics and prioritize the quality as sadly, for me, this place has lost its touch.

The quality of this place has absolutely tanked. I used to goto this place weekly when I lived in town and most baked goods were around $3. Went back today, and items are $7.50 each, an increase of 2.5 times in about 10 years.Additionally, and even worse, their baked goods are all frozen now. Probably due to the high prices they don't sell like they used to. Imagine paying $8 after tax for a single frozen cannoli. You can tell they were made so long ago, the shell is stale. $8. Cannoli from a local grocery store are much better and half the price or less.

Ordered a chocolate peanut butter cake. Barely tasted of chocolate and was just overwhelmingly peanut, not peanut butter. The cake was somehow dry and damp - clearly thawed from frozen. Very disappointed. Won't be buying from here again, after how much I spent.
Disappointed on my last few visits. For the price I expected top notch cakes. What I got was bland and dry. The lady serving didn’t offer any greeting. Unimpressed.

I tried their cookies and found them to be quite delicious. However, the drawback is that they come at a rather steep price, costing over $4 per cookie. Given my positive experience with the cookies, I'm considering trying their cakes next.

This location no longer has any tables inside or outside. We went to get lunch there on Friday - sandwich, drink, and dessert - but we left without ordering anything. There is nowhere to eat the food.

Just finished two pieces of the vanilla mixed berry cake and wow, it was unreal! I am normally not a big icing fan (too sweet) but this was very light and fluffy. Will definitely buy another cake from here! 10/10 recommend
