Cocktails were creative and tasty. Appetizers were excellent, especially the beef tartare, lobster carpaccio, low temperature egg and the escargot. The mains were hit or miss. The beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the demi glaze was succulent. However, the bison tagleitelle and the lamb shank were both lacking in the sauces/jus. IMHO the absolute best food and dining in the KW area. The quality of food, service,
flavours, and drinks is tops.
Highly recommend the chef’s 5 course with wine tasting combo. Sit back and let them feed and provide matching drinks.
