usually love the service, iced coffees and foods. yesterday my iced coffee tasted burnt. A horrible ash tray taste. I t's not the first time this week! please Don't serve horrible ice coffee. Signed Polar bear.
Employees with no mask while eating & walking behind service, along with Not being screened to sit down to have a coffee lol. When we confronted the manager on duty we where told they didn’t have to wear one and the asked us leave Will never walk in to do business here.

Horrible as two teenagers walked in without masks and proceeded to order and sat down. Staff didn’t even question about no masks. So if you want to be safe don’t go to this Tim hortons as we left without ordering as feeling very uncomfortable and makes us wonder if they are following any rules during this pandemic.
