“I was skeptical on uber, ordered 2 keto bowls on a promotion. inhaled both, less than 1000 calories total allegedly. was blown away, definitely coming here for a post workout low calorie meal, if the sub 500 calorie claim is true, absolutely beats chopped leaf or freshi and it's not even close“

“I was able to visit for a quick lunch the other day. I have not visited this location in quite a while. It seems like they have done a renovation on inside. Everything seems to be updated and looks great including the washroom. Overall my experience has been positive. The front counter staff are always friendly. The managers i have seen seem to always be either pre occupied or look like they are not super happy every visit. The food is consistent and the restaurant, washroom and parking lot are clean. The ice and drink dispenser doesn't seem to be working 100% which is a bit frustrating. Be prepared exiting onto to Kent St is sometimes a challenge depending on traffic.“

“I ran here at 3 in the morning to do a food run for a couple of my starving intoxicated buddies. Thankfully the team this morning was able to help us out. And an espeacially big thanks to Emmet for helping me out with a delivery bag as i had a long walk back and for everything else. We know how hard you all work ESPEACIALLY this early in the morning. “This place has a very extensive menu and everything is homemade and very delicious. The prices are reasonable and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I was even given a free sample of one of their new menu items. I would definitely recommend trying this place if you're looking for a good value for your money.“
