besides the 5 runny blizzards I bought. my biggest concern is the delivery person they use who drives a black Toyota corolla lic# czyv 142.
this guy flew in the small parking lot very fast off lindsay st and almost clipped my wife and child.(lucky they took a step back and got missed but the guy didn't even stop just flew into a parking spot crooked in a hurry to pick up a delivery that wasn't even made inside). Very yummy treats but I have been there twice and both times I was appalled by the customer service. It was not my own it was what I observed. Employees were literally rude and ignorant to an older gentleman the last time for no reason the last time I was there. He asked if a till was open and the girl said "Well I'm frigging standing over here so, no". clearly they cook burgers ahead of time,
the burger was so cold the cheese wouldn't melted, also poutine was cold cheese wouldn't melt .. $ 30 worth of food and it was garbage, I understand these are uncertain times but the quality of food was really disappointing, this DQ constantly has the same kind of issues
