“Avoid eating here in future. Yesterday I ordered HALIBUT and chips and paid for HALIBUT ($18.99), but instead got a piece of COD (or HADDOCK), which are the cheaper cuts of fish on the market, coming out at around 60% the price of halibut at other places where they serve both. When I took it back, they insisted that they've given me halibut. There is a big difference in the texture between cod and halibut. The former is soft, mushy, more moist, and does not flake; the latter is firm and the flesh is drier and flakes like a "W". I was not in the mood to argue and left it at that. For the information of the dude who dismissed my complaint, I know my fishes, whether fresh water or deep sea, and have hooked all those mentioned, including halibut in my lifetime”

“We visited Kelseys in Lindsay twice in the last week. Our waitress was Shannon both times. She was so awesome with our large groups. (Reservation of 45 people and 24 people) Our orders were exactly as ordered, ( even my special requests.) Bangers, bangers — I’m on a roll with these amazing local spots, and once again, this one shined through.

Let’s start with the pork: beautiful, tender strips, lightly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth perfection. And the broth? OMG — what a gorgeous combo of fish sauce and Vietnamese spices. Pure flavor heaven.

The veggies were crisp, fresh, and had that perfect crunch that just elevated the broth even more. Now let’s talk about the noodles — silky, heavenly strands that soaked up all that delicious broth and curled up on my chopsticks like they wanted to be devoured.

I threw in one little chili for that extra kick, and it was just what the bowl needed.

Also ordered the fried spring rolls — not too greasy, with a nicely seasoned pork filling that paired perfectly with the dipping sauce.

And shout out to our beautiful, wonderful server — she was an absolute gem and made the whole experience even better.
