Angelo's has the best staff who gives exceptional customer service! I ordered some drinks from the cafe area and they really go an extra mile when preparing your order. The server and barista did such a cute design on my drink and it tastes as good as it looks!I have to do a shoutout to the barista Mehmet who served me with such professionalism! Will definitely come back again.

Have a better handle on the recruiting process and the training structure of your staff. I was ridiculed by a staff member for bringing back coffee that they made a mistake on after clarifying it at least a couple times before ordering what it was I wanted and the cashier even repeated it back to me to ensure that was what I said. When I received my drink by the barista, a younger girl, it was completely the opposite, no big deal, I know people make mistakes. I went back to ask them to remake it my drink and brought my friends drink back to kindly ask for more ice, not problematic whatsoever. The barista I spoke with began to argue with me and give me the worst attitude that was SO clear would've been worse had she not been required to be professional at work. She tried to make it look like I was the one who misspoke my order when I order this drink EVERYWHERE I GO and know exactly how I order it. Instead of respectfully remaking it, she proceeded to argue me about what she believed I told the cashier (mind u she wasn't the one who took my order) instead of doing her job, which she is paid to do. Felt like a Tim Hortons experience, and not the Angelo's I remember. Ruined my whole morning. Do better.

Love the small town feel in the city. Huge selection of specialty items from over seas. Fresh food is always good. Great bakery selection you can find at a run of the mill grocery store.

We just had the most horrific experience with the staff today, and I am so incredibly surprised. We’ve been going to Angelo’s for nearly 2 decades, and the ladies working behind the hot food counter were so very rude, and behaved terribly unprofessionally. We put our items back and left. This saddens me greatly.

I just discovered the most incredible spot for satisfying my sweet tooth! Their cake shelves are absolutely irresistible, and the pasta bar, salad bar, and fruit bar are equally amazing. We indulged in the most delicious Carbonara Pasta, made fresh to order. It was absolutely divine!

We were really hoping for a birthday cake for a family member's special birthday, and sort of last minute. We ordered online within 24 hours, and the 1/4 slab strawberry shortcake was incredible. We picked it up easily, with the birthday message written onto the top right in front of us, to make sure it was correct. The line up was definitely busy, but the service maintained eye contact with us, and made sure to get us served and heading out in good time. The cake itself was a showstopper at dinner, and everyone couldn't believe how fresh and pretty and delicious it was! Thank you bakery staff at Angelos! You rescued us with a huge winner of a cake!

I have been coming here since I was 6 years old and have never had such a poor experience. Between the customer service and feeling like they value loss prevention more then service is really off putting, especially when you spend $40 on lunch and then the grocery’s also purchased. I don’t require being treated like a princess by any means but feeling welcome in a place I’ve been going to for twenty years would have been the standard. I certainly won’t be back which sucks because I have shared beautiful memories here in the past with my grandmother.
