I ordered an affogato and it arrived buried under whipped cream (without anyone asking if I even wanted it). The beauty of an affogato is its simplicity. Why ruin a classic? It was very disappointing.

My dad and I just so obviously got racially profiled here! We were repeatedly stopped and told to pay for items before getting our forks. We have never eaten before and the guy giving us our food said they were around the corner. So we went and looked, which we shouldn’t have had to because that should be given out with ‘to go’ boxes. Also quick note for the staff servicing food, when a customer asks “how are you”, a blank stare back is just plain rude. Nobody cares if you’re having a bad day, I haven’t don’t anything to you so some human decency would be nice. Experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, even if you don’t like black poeple, put that aside when you are at work. You don’t see my family, our money, or our intentions, you just saw skin color and made assumptions. The worst part is my dad’s English is not the best so he was confused and it hurt to because he didn’t understand what was going on.

We hired Angelos for our wedding back in May for our cake and were blown away by the artistry and flavour of our cake! We did a 3 tier cake with buttercream frosting, two layers of their blueberry lemon and one layer of the strawberry shortcake. I had found a design on Pinterest that I absolutely loved and they were able to deliver it to a tee, was very impressed. They even ensured our cake topper was applied with precision. We paid around $630 for a cake that fed 95 guests, which included delivery to our local London venue. The communication via email during the booking process was a bit disorganized but all in all, we absolutely loved our wedding cake and would definitely recommend Angelo’s to anyone looking for cake on their wedding day.

I’ve been coming here for years. Angelo's Bakery is a true local staple, and it's easy to see why. It's everything you want from a traditional bakery. Their baked goods are absolutely top-notch; the bread is fresh and crusty, and the pastries are delicious. I particularly enjoyed the cannolis and the cookies I picked up, which tasted homemade. I’ve been buying cakes for all occasions from here for years!

It’s great for more than just baked goods. The French toast is also fantastic—thick and perfectly cooked! The quality here is consistently high, and you can tell they're using great ingredients.

My only minor note is that the service can sometimes be a bit slow, especially when they're busy, but the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a small trade-off for such fantastic quality. I'll definitely be back for more!

couldn’t decide on a sandwich, the guy waiting,for my decision just walked away into kitchen and never came out. huge line up at cash area; I asked if I could pay at check out and was told “yes” then cashier demanded “ who told you that”?( like i care) I decided not to play and handed her the receipt, cashier nattered and nattered to me about the rules. I have never been bossed around and told no in any restaurant in my life! we moved a chair and table to accommodate a large group and immediately the manager on us talking about the fire department rules. I mean really this is exactly how guests will never come back to an establishment. we will not be back, this was a regime not a restaurant

Great Place!!!! Authentic Italian products, high quality, great food, great ice cream, great atmosphere, great service! This was such a joyful occasion with the family where we got to buy some Italian products that i could not find anywhere else. Then when we were done we could sit down and relax with some gelato and pizza. They have a huge assortment of flavors too. I cant wait to go back!

Pasta bar had fresh made to go pasta. Service was great and made in front of your eye.

Pizza was fresh made one package ones cooked for you.

Latte was a tad too sweet.

Didn't get a chance to try the Gelato but it looks enticing.

Pastry section had plenty of choices for cake and sweets.

Definitely a great little Italy to browse.

They had an indoor eating area and outdoor one for summer.

I sent my partner to pick up a couple packs of gnocchi for our dinner but apparently the 2 minutes he spent in the store warranted him being profiled by an employee. While he was trying to pay for the items at the cash register, an old lady working there demanded to search his bag (he had his work bag, as he’d just come from work). Although she was being accusatory and embarrassing him, he had nothing to hide so he allowed her to search it. When she found nothing she didn’t even have the decency to apologize. As customers, this situation was both insulting and completely uncalled for. We shop here all the time, but not anymore
