But I decided to try a cookie here one day and was super impressed by how delicious it was. The texture is perfect, the ingredients are good quality, and the slightly nutty flavour of the dough is perfect. Definitely the best cookies I’ve had in London by far.“

“My wife and I had the Garlic Focaccia Bread which was freshly baked in the morning. It was so delicious! There were whole garlic cloves baked into the bread which melted in your mouth upon taking a bite. The staff are so very kind and welcoming, I highly recommend this bakery for any fresh baked goods!“

“I went in yesterday to buy one of the "Dubai chocolate" bars that I'm hearing all about. Well... I certainly was not disappointed! The creaminess and combined crunch of the filling was a surprise to me, let alone the smooth chocolate on the outside. The young lady advised me to let it get to room temperature before enjoying it and so I did. I think that enhanced the flavour of the filling! I'm definitely going back for more, have to find out how to store these. I'm afraid that when she finally sells the business, I won't have access to these incredible chocolate bars. :(

Of course imported items cost more than in U.K. because now it is here, not over there. (Checked air mail lately as one example of costs, plus rent, staff, insurance and other overheads). Meat pies actually full of meat, not as available in some other places with tiny bits of meat plus 'fill', mostly chunks of potato, carrots and so on. There are meaty! Cornish pasties a choice too. Choose frozen or not frozen. Other favorites are the bottles onions and also beetroots, really tasty. Also check the jams and marmalade, helps to make a great start to the day. We'll be back.“

Funmi let me know that the sweet bread was great for French toast and I decided to put that to the test. I was blown away by the quality and texture of the bread. “Cool little grocery stop in London, ON. It gave me farmboy vibes and it looked, fresh and clean. They have a popcorn specialty, which is the very reason we stopped by. We brought home the chocolate covered popcorn and have been dreaming about it since then. So, as we were visiting we needed to pick up more of that goodness. Its ao good. We also picked up other flavors as souvenirs for our family, it made a great gift. Couldn't help but grab some granola and saltwater taffy. This is like a food heaven. Although, the prices here are quite high and somewhat unaffordable, I highly recommend stopping for the delicious treats.“
