“I would recommend the products but not the service. So I visited this new milk tea shop in Dieppe, NB with friends last Nov. 2nd and we experienced a disappointing service. Although the avocado cheese shake was really good, the brown sugar boba latte and milk tea were average. Sadly, the cashier, a small Asian guy, provided poor service. His unfriendly attitude was evident despite my respectful demeanor and consideration for fellow customers in queue. When seeking options due to health issues, his response was unhelpful. To enhance customer satisfaction, I recommend the owner to invest in staff training focused on delivering more respectful and friendlier service. My long background in retail and customer service has taught me that quality service keeps customers coming back regardless of the quality of your product.“

“I would say this is the best milk tea in oxford with a variety of drinks. Will definite go there again. The staffs are friendly and the atmosphere is chilling. I used to be there for more than 4 hours. Sometime they even play my favourite Westlife song. I heard there is one tall and friendly, handsome staff who is leaving. That's quite sad..“
