“We stopped by today after 1pm and greeted as we entered into the bubble tea store and excellent customer service.
Explained step by step to my little one who wanted a bubble tea.
We ordered witches brew I think it was and it tasted amazing.
Stop by fir your own bubble tea drink and excellent customer service.

“As we’re in mid-spring, the sun is getting hot. So waiting for the bus outside got me craving a smoothie. To fulfill my desire, I stopped by Big Orange at CF Masonville Place.
They are the primary competitor to Real Fruit Bubble Tea. Both serve juice and bubble tea.
I needed so much refreshment that I got two drinks. Both in their regular size. Once I got comfortable at a table, I started drinking my watermelon smoothie. They blended fresh watermelon with ice, making it almost a slushy. I could also taste and feel pieces of watermelon.
The other drink was just apple juice. Unlike the smoothie, there was no ice. It was only juice without pulp. This one was too sweet for my liking and was a minor let down.
The bill was $18.
Big Orange and Real Fruit Bubble Tea dominate the juice game at Masonville. I see them as a viable juicery.“
“The flavor was amazing. It was sweet, cold, and refreshing. It tasted perfect: brown sugar sweetness and just enough sugar. The tea was just strong enough, and the boba completed the whole thing and brought the flavors together. Overall, one of the best milk teas I’ve ever tasted.“

“This place is absolutely the best for smoothies! I go there just a few minutes after 9, and they always serve me with kindness and a smile. The staff is wonderful, and the quality is always top-notch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great smoothie experience!“

“We picked up a special drink after a meal at the Korean restaurant next door. Kid was a bit idecisive but staff rolled with it with grace. I got an Early Gray Milk Tea with minimal sweetness and it was perfect. Very good. Kid got a matcha thing. They said it was good but....I mean, it was matcha. :) Bonus was we got a Diwali discount. I really enjoy this chain and we will be back when we return to the area.“

“I went here with my boyfriend on Friday Sept 13 2024 and it was great. The staff were super nice and we got our drinks relatively quickly. I got a Honey Lemon Ginger tea and He got a Oolong Dragon Milk tea. I'd honestly recommend both of them. Mine came with a little heart lid plug so it wouldn't spill and it was adorable!“

“Clean and well decorated shop. Staff were awesome & friendly. My daughter put 10$ into the claw machine game and didn’t win anything, the staff (and I believe the owner) saw this and opened the machine up to give her a free toy ultimately making her incredibly happy. Thanks to the thoughtful people at Whale Tea, we will be back ?“

“I would recommend the products but not the service. So I visited this new milk tea shop in Dieppe, NB with friends last Nov. 2nd and we experienced a disappointing service. Although the avocado cheese shake was really good, the brown sugar boba latte and milk tea were average. Sadly, the cashier, a small Asian guy, provided poor service. His unfriendly attitude was evident despite my respectful demeanor and consideration for fellow customers in queue. When seeking options due to health issues, his response was unhelpful. To enhance customer satisfaction, I recommend the owner to invest in staff training focused on delivering more respectful and friendlier service. My long background in retail and customer service has taught me that quality service keeps customers coming back regardless of the quality of your product.“

“The best part is they are open late and there is lots of parking! Polite and friendly service from the baristas and yummy and freshly made drinks!
(left) Crunchy Tiramisu Milk Tea and (right) Crunchy Brown Sugar Milk Tea both are a 10/10!
Highly recommend their Royal N.9 Milk Tea as well (not pictured). Their tapioca is made fresh and in-house I believe.“
