I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich from West Edmonton Mall on Nov. 6. This was the second time I bought food from this location in the food court. The food and service were good. What my complaint is the sandwich was placed in a thick cardboard box and then in a paper bag. I was charged $0.25 for the paper bag. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and waffle fries from Chic Fil-A in west Edmonton mall yesterday. The food was absolutely garbage. Very small chicken. Smaller than a junior chicken from McDonald’s. Very disappointed.
