I entered this place and the first thing I noticed was the empty and dungeon feeling atmosphere, it felt hollow and unwelcoming. Although I was greated with a friendly smile at the front kiosk. There are TVs everywhere and there was a world cup game on. The server was friendly and helpful but it seems these days that the traditional hospitality taught in college is hard to find. $9 burger. Great price. Made sense. Small burger looking teeny compared to bun. Taste overcooked but fine. Still it was $9 plus side. Fries for me. Good. Server was great. It's Chucks. Adequate place to eat.
Come to chucks for beer and food, stay for the service. Every time I come here the staff is on top of their game. The bartender Alejandro provides top tier service and always with a smile. I’m never waiting long for a refill and he and the rest of the staff always go out of their way to accommodate any requests, whether it’s sauce on the side or putting on a specific game on the tv. Well done Alejandro and team, keep up the good work!
