“Pizza here is always perfect but I want to specifically credit the staff with the amazing customer service we receive every single time we come. They are always fast, friendly and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Tonight we ordered pizza and ended up being much later to pick it up than we intended. Not only did we get a phone call making sure we were okay but by the time we arrived to pick it up the man working the counter insisted on giving us a discount because the pizza, through no fault of their own, was not up to their standards. Another example is when my kids asked for the Toy Story pizzas the staff told us not to order them, and to get a small pizza instead because it’s significantly cheaper, however they still put it in the Toy Story boxes that my kids wanted. Customer service like this is so rare to come by these days, this location is not the closest to us but will always be our first choice because of the great staff!“

“Papa John's, my son's fav, every store has to source product for pizzas from corporate which makes taste and quality tha same across all stores... There are more expensive choices but great product and more bang for your buck, why not give it a try...
2 stras for atmosphere because they have no seating it is a walk-in, order pivk-up chain...

“I recently ordered pizza from Papa John’s at 275 Wharncliffe Rd in London, Ontario, and I had a good experience. The pizza was fresh, hot, and very tasty. I really liked the crust because it was soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The toppings were well balanced and the flavor was great.

The staff were friendly and the service was quick. My order was prepared on time, which I appreciated. The restaurant also looked clean and well organized.
