Honestly, it’s always pretty good service here but special mentioned to the one Asian lady working there. She’s killing it. the whole team is pretty good Even in the back you can tell they’re working hard.but she really seems to keep things moving And I really appreciate her service

The service was good but I don't understand why cleanliness is over looked nothing clean about that place , the dining area , windows , washrooms just dirty ...wich made me think about the kitchen....Im not trying to be rude Im just being honest if you want sell food get your gloves on and clean......

I went to the Wonderland and Southdale location. The food is great and fresh. Karen and Safa and the rest of the staff are out of this world. They are always smiling and very helpful. If you eat in they check to see if you are okay. I would give the staff a 15 out of 10. I will come back all the time. The service is quick

I usually love my spicy chicken sandwich but the chicken sandwich I got looks like it was stepped on. Do not look appetizing and it costs about $10 tax included. Looks very disappointing.

I visited this Popeyes and ordered The Classic Chicken Sandwich. I got very amazing customer service from Safa. She is amazing, very friendly, very polite and very helpful. The food was fresh and served fast. Thank you for the nice experience, I will come back again!

Ive been eating at popeyes for well over 30 years. Ive eaten at dozens and dozens of locational over North America. This location is by far the worst Ive experienced. I ordered dark and white mixed pieces and I got all dark chicken, even though I paid for white. I was asked if I wanted spicy or mild, I requested spicy and I got mixed. The chicken was not fresh. You could tell it was old and refried. The employee who took my order was rude, lazy and thought they didn't have to work for a living. In the old days Popeyes was unique and better than the competition. Nowadays there are so many options. Mary browns is way better than Popeyes. KFC is catching up. This popeyes sucks and so do all the other locations. I won't be returning to this location or any other for that matter. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

The most inappropriate costumer service from that lady I did an order and they messed up and gave me another order and when I came back the girl that helped me out started blaming me about wasting food and started yelling at me and raising her voice when it’s not my fault and just because I changed then order from spicy to mild she started saying now I wana change my order liek come on what kind of costumer service is this when it’s not my fault

Just ordered a spicy chicken wrap. The wrap was cracked in several places and I had to remove about a inch of the edge of the tortilla as it was hard as a rock. It had obviously been left unwrapped. Very disappointed
