Not to be rude, but if you charge me for a large drink and after I pay tell me you don’t have lids for that size afterwards knowing I’m taking it to go is pretty close to fraud.
Then having the associate laughing and saying “next time”, next time what? Pretty regular patron but to offer zero solutions when I’m out money for the companies inability to order enough supplies is crazy. Wouldn’t see this poor customer service at Chic-fil-a
