I’ve head great food before here. But something has changed. It states “new ownership”, and maybe is the reason?The food and taste is getting mediocre.It’s not served really fresh. It’s stored warm and really quickly served.The staff is absolutely friendly, kudoos to that.Now get the food right and the store will be a blast!
Visited Shelby’s under the new management after a long time. The experience was really disappointing. We ordered shawarma rice bowls. The rice was really undercooked. And the bowl did not really have any sauces and was very dry.When compared to other Shelby’s locations, the food was not good.Wouldn’t recommend this

Food was amazing team was accommodating too, only negative thing was one of the team member chewing gum and making big gum bubbles while team making the food! Not sure if popping gum bubbles compromise the food. Never seen those kind of behevire in restaurants!!
