“When my friend is in town we go to Ommzzy's and we've been there twice. The nice young man behind the counter is always friendly, polite, and a joy to talk to. He even remembered us from the first time we came in which was in May.

“Awesome food and atmosphere in Niagara Falls“

“WOW. I’ve been coming here since I was 6 years old, and I still remember the taste. I hadn’t been back in about five years, so I decided to stop in with my dad just before they closed.

For a long time, I thought the restaurant had been sold after the owner passed away, but I was happy to find out I was wrong. Pita Pita is now run by the late owner’s children, and they are doing an incredible job. The recipe is exactly the way I remember it.

This is traditional shawarma. These days, so many places try to reinvent it with gimmicks, but this is the real deal. I’ve had shawarma all over, and this is exactly what we eat back home. The beef is perfectly seasoned. Get it on a regular pita with pickles, tomatoes, tahini, and a light hot sauce. You won’t be disappointed.

If you’re able to make the drive, it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re nearby, it’s a must try. The food was outstanding, but what really made the experience special was the service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like family.

“Ordered a chicken rice bowl on National Shawarma day and it was delicious.

The wait was for a long while, but there was a paper at the door that said it was going to be long and the employees inside also said so. Understandably so with the amount of orders they're getting, so I decided to wait it out.

The bowl I got was delicious and it was for a great price! Everything in my order was as exactly as I ordered it.
